National Grid

Over the last 2 years we have been working with The National Grid on a number of projects.  With the help of the PTFA we have been grateful to receive 

  • 40 DELL Laptops for the Children and Teachers
  • Workshops for the children on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects
  • 3 £500 grants for STEM equipment under the Community Project Education Fund.
  • £20,000 towards the building of a MUGA (Multi-use Games Area) from the Communitity Grant
  • A time capsule which will be buried under one of the new T Pylons being installed in Avonmouth as part of the Hinkley Connection Project.

The Conservation Area Renovation

We currently are currently working with National Grid and Ground Control on the renovation of our Conservation area.

Clearance works started on 29th November.
